Accounts Payable Management is a new service that has been designed to take advantage of developments in electronic banking. We process and allocate your purchases, make payments with inexpensive fund transfers, track your statements, and co-ordinate with you and your vendors to make sure that all available discounts are taken and bills are paid on time.
Rates
Rates by Document:
- Bills entered - $1.00/vendor invoice
- Bills paid - $1.00/payment, minimum $39 per run
Hourly Rates:
- Catch up rates, account reconciliation - $39.50/hr
- Special rates for larger coverage clients from $10.50/hr. Larger coverage rates apply over 8 hours per week.
